We are a worldwide printing, copying, graphic design and digital communication network, operating in 23 countries. We have been in business 29+ years and are the industry's leader with over $750+ million in network sales among our 1,500+ units. We have 3 separate brands - SIR SPEEDY, PIP and MULTICOPY. We operate in North, Central, and South America, as well as the Far East under the SIR SPEEDY name. In Europe, we own MultiCopy, BV in the Netherlands, which has 90+ centers in the Netherlands, France and Austria. We will develop the EU under the MultiCopy banner. We also operate PIP in the U. S. and U. K. It is our strategy to have all our units linked digitally to each other for the transfer of electronic documents anywhere in the world. We view this as a key issue in the global communication scenario. -1

Preferred Franchise Relationship: In anywhere but the EU, we prefer the master license concept, where a group or company would become the exclusive franchisor for a geographic area. In the case of Japan, we would consider a joint venture with the right company. In the EU, we would have a combination of Company Owned Units and Individual Sub-Franchises, Master Franchising and/or Area Development.
