BUFFALO'S CAFE, the newest concept in full-service dining, is set to stampede worldwide in response to the tremendous popularity of its American Old West theme and the strong appeal of its menu. Blending the popularity of slow-roasted chicken, spicy buffalo-style chicken wings, other charbroiled specialties, soups, salads and sandwiches, all fresh and cooked-to-order, with the appeal of an authentic western saloon, BUFFALO'S CAFÉ offers a unique dining experience. The focal point of our restaurants is the decor, from the rough wooden floors to the distressed metal ceilings. Antiques, artifacts and memorabilia throughout the rustic restaurants are complemented by hundreds of period photos lining wooden walls. High-backed booths, which comprise the primary seating, each have a different theme - cowboys in one, outlaw posters in another, and American Indians, lawmen, gunslingers and so on in others - all telling the story of the American Old West. -1
