Abraham C. Reich is a partner in the Litigation Department, providing counseling and litigation services for commercial clients for more than 20 years. He has been outside counsel for AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. for over 10 years. In this capacity, Mr. Reich handled their major litigation and provided extensive counseling on the many issues, problems and opportunities facing a franchisor. Mr. Reich is an active member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, holding several key leadership positions, including Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 1995.

Martin G. Heckler is a partner in the Corporate Department and concentrates on corporate, banking, business law and securities matters. His practice includes mergers, acquisitions, loan transactions for both borrowers and lenders and the negotiation and documentation of a wide spectrum of contractual and other business arrangements that address franchise disclosure documents and franchise and related agreements.

William R. Wanger is a partner in the Corporate Department, resident in the Firm's Lansdale office. His practice encompasses general corporate representation, handling mergers and acquisitions, franchise and distribution agreements, purchases and sales of businesses, succession planning, real estate and transactions affecting closely-held businesses. Mr. Wanger also lectures on a broad range of topics, including business purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent and ethics in business transactions.

Ronald J. Shaffer is a partner in the Litigation Department and focuses on commercial litigation matters, with a special emphasis on franchisor/distributor relationships. Mr. Shaffer's practice involves business disputes relating to securities, antitrust, trade secrets, restrictive covenants and real estate matters.

Roberta DeAngelis is a partner in the Creditors' Rights Department and focuses on debtor-creditor relations and insolvency, representing business and lenders in bankruptcy and Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings. Her practice includes counseling franchises in the area of bankruptcy. Ms. DeAngelis is active in both civic and professional associations, and is a past President and Trustee of the Mercer County Bar Association.

Allison E. Accurso is a partner and Administrator of the Firm's New Jersey Litigation Department, practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and general litigation, employment and banking law. Her practice involves commercial litigation efforts on behalf of franchisors.

Scott L. Vernick is a partner in the Litigation Department and concentrates his practice on complex business and labor/employment litigation, addressing franchise and distributor relationships.

David N. Snyder is a partner is the Litigation Department and is heavily involved in commercial litigation efforts on behalf of franchisors.
